Our process is built around you. We ask about the things that matter most. You’ll answer fewer questions, in your own time, on your own terms. Once you've told us about your needs, our mortgage experts will find the best deal for you. And we'll handle your remortgage right through to the end.

We give you the tools to take control. So we’ve created a digital dashboard that you can use to complete your mortgage application online – and you can get help on the phone from our expert advisers when you need it.

Unlike most brokers we won’t charge you a fee for our advice and mortgage expertise. We only get paid by the lenders once we've found the right mortgage for you.

Some lenders may charge additional fees. We will make it clear to you when there are fees that apply.

Yes – Dynamo offers joint remortgages for two people.

In joint applications, you get a mortgage in both of your names. You’ll both be responsible for repaying the mortgage.

Your joint applicant might be your spouse or partner, but it could also be a friend or family member.

You can submit your joint application together through your Dynamo dashboard, and you’ll both be able to keep up-to-date with the progress of your application.

We don’t currently offer joint remortgages for three people or more.

Self-employed? No problem.

If you’re self-employed or working as a contractor, you can still apply for a remortgage with Dynamo.

We’ll ask about your particular circumstances when you apply for a mortgage through us.

Most lenders will require a minimum of 2 years worth of income evidence. Often, your lender will ask for SA302 forms (your self-assessment tax return receipts from HMRC) or an equivalent. But don’t worry – your expert Dynamo adviser will guide you through it, and tell you everything you need to know.

We can’t offer you a mortgage if...

  • You’re retired
  • You don’t have sufficient funds for a mortgage

We might need some more details to process your application if...

  • Your income is in another currency than British Sterling (GBP)
  • You’re unemployed

Financial difficulties?

Depending on the severity of your financial difficulties, we might still be able to help.

Whether you’re accepted for a remortgage with Dynamo will depend on your overall personal and financial circumstances.
