Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to the prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) run by Dynamo (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over who have opted in to receive Dynamo news and updates emails.
2.2. Employees of Dynamo, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
2.3. No purchase is necessary to enter.

3. How to Enter

3.1. The Prize Draw will open on 10.04.25 and close at 5pm on 16.05.25 (“Entry Period”).
3.2. To enter, participants should follow the survey link emailed to them and complete the survey in full, including their contact details.
3.3. Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.

4. The Prize

4.1. The prize consists of a £100 Amazon voucher that will be emailed to the winner.
4.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
4.3. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days after the closing date.
5.2. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.
5.3. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Publicity and Personal Data

6.1. By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
6.2. Any personal data submitted will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.dynamo.co.uk/privacy.

7. General

7.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Prize Draw if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
7.2. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding.
7.3. The Prize Draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
